| Donate to the Mt Zion Project
Each summer our minimum operational costs for the Mt. Zion excavation run $75,000, plus another $25,000 for post-excavation work through the months of August through May. The latter includes storage, conservation, lab work, preservation, various scientific tests, and preparation for publication. Please remember that our costs are not limited to the June/July season. We are also required to set aside funds for final publication.
Our final plans involve turning the site into an archaeological park, a "journey through time," and we are seeking major donors for this phase. Such gifts will include naming opportunities.
All donations are tax-exempt and receipts and thank-you letters are issued promptly. Donations may be made on-line using your credit/debit card. These donations are handled by The Foundation for Biblical Archaeology.
